Will the rebranding impact the price of products and services?

The new branding has no impact on the price of our products and services, the pricing will remain as per your agreed contractual terms.

Is the product offering changing?

No – the product offering is not changing. We are committed to improving our products and services in the future as we invest in newer technologies to meet the demands of our clients and consumers, along with our 36 million consumers across 31 countries, everyday.

Is Pluxee separating from Sodexo?

Pluxee continues to be a part of Sodexo group. 

Will Sodexo Engage change trading name?

Yes, we have now officially changed trading name to Pluxee UK LTD. There will be no change to our registered company number, this will remain the same. 

Will bank account details be changing?

Now we have completed the name change to Pluxee UK LTD with Companies House the name and address of our new office has been updated, our bank account name will change. All other details of our bank account remain the same. We anticipate this change will happen in mid October 2023. 

Will invoices and remittance advice be changing?

Yes, all invoices and remittance advice will be updated to the Pluxee UK LTD. We anticipate this change will happen in early to mid October 2023. We have emailed a copy of the Companies House certificate to our designated contacts to enable you to action changes on your finance systems. And attached a copy here

Will Direct Debits be affected?

If you have a current direct debit set up with us we will write to you directly to advise of the change of name to Pluxee UK LTD that your direct debit will be collected by. A new direct debit instruction does not have to be completed as details of the change will have been supplied to your bank, who may also notify you, independently. Additionally, you may also see a comment on your bank statement advising you of the final payment under the old name details and the first payment under the new name/details. 

Will contracts have to be updated?

The new branding has no impact on existing contracts. 

Will the rebranding disrupt our current business?

There will be no change to your current business, our SLA’s and contact centre opening times remain the same.

Will I keep the same contacts?

Yes, your contacts will remain the same.

How will you ensure business continuity?

While this is a change in our brand name, the same set of people who are working with you will continue to provide the highest level of service to you. It is business as usual. 

Will I be able to continue to access all my existing Sodexo systems?

Your usual access to all existing systems, platforms and services will remain unchanged.

Should I ask my employees/consumers to change any of their Sodexo passwords, usernames or products?

No, they don’t need to change anything at all. They should continue as usual.

How will you inform my employees/consumers?

We will be creating communications on our digital assets (website/platforms/mobile app etc) over the next few weeks/months to inform your employees and consumers, this will be a phased across our platforms. 

What should I tell my employees/consumers?

Please reassure them that nothing changes for them. Pluxee will now deliver the same benefits and services, under a new brand name. There is absolutely no change and they should carry on exactly as before. 

What will change for me as a client?

Pluxee is a multi benefits and employee engagement brand; our current and future products & services will help increase the engagement with your employees, making them happier at work & beyond.

When will the full change to Pluxee branding come into full effect?

We plan to transition fully to our new brand from October – December 2023.

Is Pluxee separating from Sodexo? Will this impact agreed services and or commercials?

Pluxee continues to be a part of Sodexo group. There will be no change in commercial conditions or services.

There will be no change to current business, our relationship or our partnership – you can expect the same level of quality & high service standards.  

How will you ensure business continuity?

While this is a change in our brand name, the same set of people who are working with you will continue to provide the highest level of service to you. It is business as usual.

We plan to transition  to our new brand from October 2023.
